I've had a VPS with them for years just for my business and personal domains. Its not too often that I need support - but when I do I'm never disappointed. Also, the uptime for my VPS has been close to 100% for years.
This must be the worst customer support of any company in America. Incompetent, unwilling and slow.
Only ticket support. No live chat, no phone.
If you want to wait 2 days when your site is down (for an incompetent answer that does not solve your problem), this is for you.
I have no idea why they are so highly rated here and one wonders if it's because the site-owner uses an affiliate link. The prices mentioned on the right are wrong. Check their website to learn about the real, much higher prices.
I have been with 247-host for several years as, simply put, I can't find a better host. The server uptime is great, feature rich hosting plans and the best support I have ever experienced. If you have a problem (which will be rare) they reply within a few minutes and will solve whatever problem you are experiencing incredibly fast. I would (and do) recommend 247-host to anyone looking for reliable hosting.
I am pretty happy and have 20+ domains already. Ticketing service is fast and servers are down in rare case. Definitely good host if you want managing sites with piece of mind :)
247-host.com are the best hosting company I have ever used, been with them about 8 months now and had my 1st technical problem with them. I sent a support ticket and within 10 mins it was all fixed. Now that's FANTASTIC support.
