I signed up with ASPnix about a year ago, and all seemed well at the start, but after a few months the mask started slipping. Support staff were arrogant from the start, but then just became lax as well as arrogant, and was more concerned with being right than solving the problem. I got the feeling that the support staff member ran the whole show there, as he did just as he pleased with a massive ego, and no outreach to management was ever even answered. Even the simplest tasks were botched and if I as a customer got upset with this, I was simply threatened with a "professionality" clause. They have a thing called "priority support" they want people to sign up for - I guess that explains that. The RAM assigned to their RESELLER ACCOUNTS is something laughable - 128MB. To get more, yep that doubles your hosting fees every time you get 128MB more - very sneaky. Steer well clear of this sham, you don't need that stress in your life - you don't want children running your hosting.
Ive been using their services for two years. I have a windows vps hosting plan. I initially chose ASPNIX because they included smarter stats package and I thought smarter mail was also included, but it wasnt. Site has gone down 3 times the last 6 months. Both RDP and hosting speed from VPS seems to be slow. I have a 20mbps upload link, but still struglle to work through rdp. Their support, sales, info , owner team, which seems to be the same person,: CHRISTOPHER, not very friendly. Does get the job done when there are problems, but your limited to chat or email support. Blames our connection for slow connectivity, which I doubt as I have amazon as a backup server, and the connection with them is extremely fast. I am hoping to find a good solution for a similar price .. i hate switching but speed and reliability is important.

ASPnix reached out to me and helped resolve the issue I was having with the software. It was more of a technical issues rather than a problem with the software itself. I wasn't able to location step-by-step instructions for installing the module until hours of troubleshooting but eventually I figured things out. Overall ASPnix deserves higher praise and if I could I would change to 4/5 stars.
