They offer every kind of DNS record you can think of, you can set your own TTL, and they have "templates" available so you can easily add records for services like Google Apps or Office 365. Very happy customer here, highly recommended.

THe hosting with this company is really great. They are based out of Bulgaria, which is one of the reasons I chose them. They are a great option for people who are targeting an audience in China, but don't want to have their servers right in that country (for whatever reason). For many types of sites, DDoS attacks are a big concern. ClouDNS does a great job offering protection against this type of attack. I experienced one not too long ago and they were able to mitigate teh attack and keep my site up running the whole time. With other hosting companies, this would have brought my site down and maybe even gotten a warning that my account would be canceled. Not with ClouDNS. They handled it beautifully.

I am very satisfied with the level of hosting I got from this company. They make everything easy to use and understand. They have a lot of nice features (even if I don't use many of them). The only complaint I have is when I had to work with their tech support for an issue, they were too technical. I couldn't really catch what they were doing because it was over my head. They did get the issue fixed though, so that is good
