I am very happy with Doteasy. Setup is doable for anyone. The most important thing for me is Customer Service. Their support team will answer any questions and offer great advice and solutions. They are the best!
Doteasy has the absolute best customer service ever! They always respond with THE answers in a timely manner via their ticket system. If you call them on the phone, the wait time is minimal compared to other providers and the tech support is outstanding.
I work here and I wouldn't host my site with doteasy (also known as website.com) we are always dealing with customers that are trying to transfer away but the company is trying to trick them into staying. everyone is instructed to keep the customers here no matter what. Awful.
After 20 years they no longer answer the phone, and more importantly, the ones working have NO business ethics! It's sad and blaming COVID. I have been trying to reach leadership for days and customer service refuses to answer me! This is a massive mistake for any owner to allow this type of coverup - results will be LOSS of BUSINESS and REVENUES!!
