I have been with this company for many years with their prices going up and up and up, eventually I decided to move away from them but today I felt very duped by this company and this only goes to re-inforce my feelings about EasySpace (Basically always after the $$$'s) I was charged for services (and add-on services) that are now not even with them, which means they couldnt even even deliver them, also the invoices are dated a month after the payment (they attempted to take payment before the services have been provided or invoiced for services they cannot deliver).
I asked them to tell me when and how the auto services were enabled and send me proof that I did this and agreed to it, because this is something I would not do, I like to be in control of what gets renewed - beware of Easyspace in my opinion they operate in an underhand way, also they are very expensive.
Really disappointed by Easyspace. Used them for 13 years for hosting and it has been fine on the whole. Bought some additional products from them in early August - realised the next day it was the wrong thing and they have refused to give money back. No refunds. No 'cooling off period'. Customer service really slow taking up to 2 weeks to respond. No personal touch even after 13 years - am just going to give up with them. I would be pretty ashamed if this was my business and I was getting reviews like this.
Poor service, money grabbing and poor functionality. Took £200 30 days early when I could not cancel auto renew, tried to cancel and get refund but they refused to offer more than 50% even though I had transferred the domain away and had no intention of using the services. Support woefully inadequate and very unhelpful support. They are only interested in the money. 2 out of ten is generous, its 2 only because I could could not make the stars show a lower score.

Easyspaces control panel is all over the place, they've been redesigning it for years and one page never seems to look like another, terrible flow. Easyspace also managed to get me to buy a .uk domain I didn't want as the put auto renew on it - very sneaky. They will also charge you £18 if you ever want to transfer out the highest price I've ever seen! Not only that they try their best to hide transfer out options making the button look like it's greyed out.. Also there are lots of better deals for webhosting these days.. avoid if possible!
Do not ever use this company if you value your business that you are building. It has to be the most expensive mistake, customer services are shocking. We have been without emails since the transfer, 4 days ago. Tech team are rude and ignorant. Avoid this business at all costs. We are now taking legal advice regarding this business and writing a strongly worded letter to the CEO. No Customer should have to go through the torture that we have had to endure at the hands of this business. Disgrace!
I have been loyal customer of Easy space for more than 18 years. Yet they treat us with contempt. The sales manager makes promises which he does notkeep. When you have problems with your server the technical department always blame the issues on your coding. Not true.
