I have a Windows server and license from this company, It does what is advertised, a steal at the price I pay, I don't think this company is for people who haven't had a dedicated server before, apart from making sure the server is always online and replacing hardware you won't get support for software related things but for people who know what they are doing the servers are a bargain.
