We've been with two other Canadian hosting companies, these guys are the first that we've found that have Canadians doing their tech support. Their prices are great, and their techs are great too. We have a WordPress site and it's been running like a breeze since the switch over.
Guys. Hostutopia is a ghost business, meaning it's based in the United States but the owners have a P.O. Box in Canada. Go visit their office if you don't believe me: Address: 650 Bayshore Drive, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada Don't do business with these scammers.
HostUtopia's owner lives at 650 Bayshore Drive, he maintains that address as a mailing address. His business partner lives in Maine, USA and handles much of the billing. All of their tech support is done out of Nova Scotia, CA, and their servers are located at multiple data centers in Vancouver, Toronto, Calgary, Montreal, and Halifax. They are no hoax! All their primary employees work remotely in Canada and the US, there is no central office as there doesn't need to be. All anyone needs to know is that the servers are all located in Canada and they've been in business for 25 years. You can't fake that!!!
