Great customer service and their advice is sound. I appreciate most that vmotion keeps working on issues until they're resolved. Their new client area user interface is clean and clear, easy to navigate. Servers are speedy and based in Ireland. Keep up the good work!

I found VMotion hosting services to be very reliable. I have to particularly recommend their support service, which was speedy and very helpful. I never once felt fobbed off. Where they provided links to information sources, it was always directly relevant to the issue I was having. Where I continued to encounter issues, they went above and beyond in providing advice and assistance. Personally, I would recommend them for their support service alone. I had a few minor issues with using the interface (which was quickly solved by support services!), but beyond that I experienced no problems using the service.

We have 3 different VPS services with VMotion - we've been very happy with the speed and reliability. Any support queries we've raised have always been dealt with very quickly and professionally. While there are cheaper services out there, we consider them the best value we've come across - given the excellent and speedy service that accompanies the machines.
