Your business took 50 dollars and will refuse to refund me I have not recieve any service or contact since. My guy sent an email saying he no longer was doing it and I've called 5 times for my money back
This review is completely inaccurate. Webit.com charges $49 for a website and you get a personal account manager. They literally called me multiple times to get everything set up after I paid. I was too busy so they kept calling to remind me to get it set up. They literally give you two months free also to help give enough time to get everything started. Imo this was probably a lazy business owner that would not take the time to answer their call and get everything going. $49 a month is worth it when things are done right.
I had a long reply but hit visit site accidentally. I'm sure they provide great service. But as far as my snow removal business goes they took my money and I didn't hear from them for two weeks.
Then they said I had a new rep mid season, and I declined and asked for my money back, which took a month and 5 phone calls to get.
I am not a liar, I live in the same city as the company. I bet it's a life saving tool for small business owners but my review was honest I felt completly hustled/hassled with the onboarding
