I switched to servercheap from digitalocean and never looked back. 100% uptime in 4 month speaks for itself, even digitalocean couldn't do that, and on top I am paying 50% less.

I had servercheap.net as a solution, there was a problem with their image on Ubunut 18.04 that would not allow me to change the hostname. I ope the ticket and the support person replies with a googled article that explains ho... Mere w to change it. However, I already knew how to change it, i kept changing it, tried it 10 times before opening a ticket. Every time I would reboot it would revert it back to the same Ubuntu18 hostname. So, I responded to the ticket explaining that they didn't read my ticket, but they said the case was closed and I needed to follow the link. I replied again, told him I did follow the document but after rebooting it would still revert. So, they band me from their service and destroyed 30gb of data that I cannot get back.
