other service provider. I remember when I was in China when I cannot access my gmail as gmail is block in China. My account is link gmail.I panick as I do not know what to do. I contact the customer support and they guide me through the process of verification and guide me on how change my email to yahoo. I feel relieve when I can acesss my hosting account.

There are times when I need help with the hosting configuration when I host my site using wordpress. The customer support was very professional as they know what is the problem and within a few minutes, my problems is solved. Sometimes when I face configuration issues the online live chat which is 24/7 are always there to assist and retify the problems. And when they cannot retify, they will escalate a ticket and refer the problems on the network engineers who fix the problems within a short time. They are dedicated to provide good customer support and professional in handling panic customer like me. They always give me the assurance that they understand the problems and will retify immediately. I am very happy to use the services and I will continue using the services. Keep up the good work Mocha Team. |

bsite was almost down for 24 hours then I decided to downgrade from Managed VPS to Unmanaged VPS lack of support experties. I checked available upgrade options on their panel which generated a invoice which I haven't paid as I never wanted to make any other payment to them but they pulled the $109.33 without my permissions and when I asked the refund they said Refund is not possible.

Enjoyed Mochahost for 18 of our sites for many years, among our top 10 (we have 58 hosting accounts with 21 companies).

tech support was modest, the service itself worked so well we rarely ever asked for help.

As of 2020, servers are slow, uploading is persistently hampered by server issues at Mochahost. Two weeks of polite requests for help materially unanswered, although we DO give credit for courtesy of wishing us a good evening in those queries they do reply to. Can no longer recommend MochaHost at all, as of 2020. Significantly disappointed. |
