erminated my server without any prior notice. I was hosting around 30-40 websites of my clients. The reason provided was one of the website was indulge in scam activities. Now the are disconnecting my chats and asking me to connect with the through mails only.
My complete business is lost because of them. Not even providing backups also not reverting me on mails.

Due to high use of disk storage it making the backup process slow and the degradation of web server performance which affecting other customer's website performance.
We request you to take any proper action and reduce the load (Storage, RAM, CPU) within the next 48 hours. Failure of the action results suspension of the service.
