You won't have support because every time you click on support, the website asks you to login (despite already being logg... Mere ed in) and puts you through a continual loop. You're suppose to have wordpress come with ionos for free, but there is no way to do this without paying wordpress huge monthly fees. Their website builder is terrible, you can't do much with it and it just doesn't run very well. Honestly, just save your time and money by going to dreamhost - they are WAY better. Mindre |  Absolutely horrible. Terrible support. Couldn't even get the VPS Hosting to work... William Morin, They claim to have 24/7/365 support. We signed up for service and nothing worked. We contacted support and they finally got back to us over a day later and solved nothing. We cancelled the service and are still waiting for a ... Mere refund but had to dispute the charge through Paypal. They also recommended a link to download the REQUIRED software to supposedly run the VPS which place MALWARE/PUP programs on our computer and browser. Stay far away from this company. Mindre |
