The prices are very good and they are always trying to find the best solution for you. A problem occurs, maybe on Saturday evening? No matter, the fri... Mere endly staff is always reachable and they always find quick and professional solutions for you. What I really like is the way of communication, it's very personal. You can easily contact the owner(s) of this company and I personally do always have very nice and interesting talks with them when I am at the datacenter for my colocation services. You won't have support because every time you click on support, the website asks you to login (despite already being logg... Mere ed in) and puts you through a continual loop. You're suppose to have wordpress come with ionos for free, but there is no way to do this without paying wordpress huge monthly fees. Their website builder is terrible, you can't do much with it and it just doesn't run very well. Honestly, just save your time and money by going to dreamhost - they are WAY better.
