I purchased the rock space ac 1200 dual band WiFi repeater. My WiFi was spotty in my house and this cured the problem. I watch Hulu and before this product Hulu would buffer all the time. Been with them for 9 years now. Now plans on leaving. It’s really hard to find a host provider that has great customer service as well as great tech support. I’ve had nothing but awesome service since day 1. Keep doing what you do Knownhost.

After the price increase on my billing, I decided to close out my account. Turns out they charged me for the entire month that took them to close out my account, and disabled me from talking to anyone about my account. Now it... Mere s under collection, and they wont talk to me about it nor transfer to me to anyone but the first person I call. I have been using them for over 10 years, I am never again using RackSpace nor referring them to anyone ever again. Mindre

Worst mistake of my life was signing up with these guys. One of my accounts was hacked and their abuse team sent me an email alerting me to the files that were malicious. I deleted all of them except one (which I missed by mi... Mere stake). Because of this, on a Friday night, they shut my site down - took it off line. Then they give me the spin that their 'abuse team' is different from their "support team" and they only work 9-5 monday to friday - no after hours support. So my site is now offline until Monday at the earliest. Dreadful service, in no way fit for a professional business to rely on. Please learn from my mistake, avoid these guys at all costs. Mindre
