Ok, I've read a lot of negative posts about Qhosters customer service and given I have just had 2 issues with them which were resolved very quickly...I felt the need to throw my 2 pennies in.

...Læs merea newbie to most of this and given that my issues were created by my lack of knowledge, I found the CS reps very accommodating and helpful, even going as far as to say that should i need help with a specific task i was trying to complete, they would help.
Whilst I appreciate that you have to wait for their CS to come online, ive found that they pick up the tickets within 24hrs and respond and will continue to work with you till its conclusion.
So far...I give the 10/10 for their efforts.
And they are not expensive either...BONUSMindre
