many email and FTP issues that I'm going crazy. The settings that THEY told me to use stop working, and they can't explain why. This is a classic example of how poor customer service can make loyal customers seek another provider. Very sad.

The A2 FTP server is extremly slow for any user from any place in the world. Still A2 claims everything is fine and refuses to do anything about it. I never ever got such horrible support
