They are quick with support. Usually within an hour but not always. They NEVER take days to respond. They offer so many great services often already included in your hosting. I am just amazed how great they have been. I can register domains quickly, order a hosting package FAST and I couldn't be happier. If you got stuck with a dud host service that turned to crap like my old host provider, I strongly encourage you to give Interserver a try. Maybe start small like I did to make sure. I am now doing ALL of my web hosting services with Interserver and I am soooooo happy. You should be too.

What is even more frustrating is the lack of proper communication and support. Instead of resolving the issue, I was left without clear answers or a solution. I requested to escalate the matter and speak with a manager, but this was not properly addressed. This situation feels unprofessional and unfair. Closing a paid account without explicit permission is not acceptable, especially when it affects business operations. I hope the company improves its customer support and internal processes, as this experience was very disappointing.
