Overall happy with my hosting

I've had a site with All-INKL for a long time and have been pretty happy. They work hard when you submit a ticket, and they keep their prices low. I'd...

say they are one of the best choices in Germany for any type of website. My site did go down a couple times that I have noticed, but it has always come back up quickly so it is no big deal.

Great service for novice webmaster, just what our small NFP veterans' association needed.

WordPress migrated our small, low-traffic WordPress site from another host without problems. Support has been prompt and patient with an old retired M...

Very unprofessional

For many years, I hosted several websites with all inkl. The provider detected an issue with one of my websites in December in a regular virus scan, b...

ut failed to send an alert (and I verified well that this was not a problem on my end). Since then, a virus spread throughout multiple sites. They then finally send me a message 22 days later (!) and proceed to block my full account after 2.5 weeks. So I came back from holidays to find ALL websites down, backups unavailable. Support then proceeds to blame me for not updating the sites, and for not reacting to an issue that I had no knowledge of. The story told changes with every message. A simple email alert would have been enough to limit the damage and downtime. If you are looking for a reliable provider, please go somewhere else.

Very poor experience – account disabled without notice

I purchased several domain names from DreamHost. After a few days, my account was suddenly disabled without any prior notice or explanation. This is e...

xtremely unprofessional and unacceptable for a hosting and domain provider. Please do not purchase from DreamHost, as they can disable your account without notice. I am currently unable to access domains for which I have already made full payment. These domains are my lawful property, and I have a legal right to access and manage them. Additionally, their website has serious usability problems. When trying to purchase domains from a mobile device, the payment option did not work properly, which caused unnecessary frustration and wasted time. Overall, this experience has been disappointing. I would not recommend DreamHost to anyone looking for reliable domain or hosting services.
