Great support

I accidentally deleted my entire website (my fault), and my backups weren't working properly, but they managed to provide a backup and support within ...

record time. Saved me from a panic attack. Truly appreciate that! Some cons: a bit slower than my previous BlueHost, but definitely far less expensive. Also uses the latest MySQL on VPS only, not shared hosting.

These people first ask you to write one fake review about prewebhost then only they will activate your FREE! web hosting that to after a month they wi...

ll give abuse usage reasons and suspend the account. Their only trick is to get the good reviews in the name of Free! web hosting worthless services stop using prewebhost nowadays some are doing reseller business in web hosting without a company license

Not good at all

I am using arvixe since 2017. It always had some problems but usually they fixed it in a day or so. 2014 has been a nightmare. A lot of problems that ...

left us with no mails at all. And finally since 24/4 we are 30% of the time with no mails AT ALL and we cannot receive mails from Gmail!!! Support everytime tell me that the problem will be solved and that is escaleted to the admins and that they will inform us when everyting will be ok. After 4 days the ticket automatically closes with no feedback. We are seinding again, the same answer, the ticket closes after 4 days. This is going on for the last 3 months... I ve asked for a refund but they say it is not at their policy. I believe that they are going to close soon... This is not a serious company, they are con artists. We are searchinf for another serioug hosting company. STAY AWAY.
