Switched from GoDaddy to ChemiCloud – best move I’ve mad

for me) and I can’t stress enough how good their support team is. Super fast replies, actually helpful, and they don’t treat you like you’re just another ticket in the queue. Performance-wise, my sites load noticeably faster now. With GoDaddy I was constantly dealing with slow pages and random hiccups, but on ChemiCloud things just work. Honestly feels like a huge upgrade all around. If you’re stuck on GoDaddy like I was, I’d say the switch is 100% worth it.

Flawless service

Flawless experience with this VPS provider. I moved over my instances from DigitalOcean (which was incredibly slow) and I’m getting BETTER performance...

here for a much lower cost. I would seriously recommend considering RackNerd for your VPS deployments.

Very Slow Support and Poor Handling of a Simple Bandwidth Issue

ndwidth limit. This used to be fixed in about 5 minutes by purchasing an additional bandwidth package. For some reason, I still cannot buy this upgrade myself from the control panel, so I have to contact support every time. This time, the issue took 3 hours to resolve. It took 2 hours before I was even able to pay the invoice, and then I had to wait another full hour for the service to be added. This was very disappointing. Support replies only about once every 30 minutes. This kind of service may be acceptable for some people, but I am now seriously considering moving to another provider.
