Protect CP Criminals and Ignore abuse reports

DDoS guard does not respond to any abuse emails and protects criminals and websites posting child porn, revenge porn, incest, bestiality, and other il...

legal content that violates not only local laws, but international laws, including Russian laws. They don't respond to abuse emails or abuse tickets, i have submitted over 5 tickets spaced weeks apart and they did not remove the content or prohibit the website from using their services, even though this is a website they have removed in the past and who has been kicked off nearly every reputuable hosting provider. Ddos guard if you are reading this please respond to the thousands of abuse complaints you have gotten regarding this website and others like it.

Appalling service

SiteGround restricted access to emails and our website with 14h notice, as the plan was insufficient. The upgrade was worth £40. This is highly unprof...

essional, as small businesses rely on using their email constantly and the website needs to be functional. Surely there are many ways of getting £40 out of your clients in a civilised manner, other that sending a random email and then stopping all services within 14h. We will definitely be changing providers and strongly advising our partners against using SiteGround.
