I just did rent an VPS. You have to explain via email what you want to do with it because of fraud prevention I guess. If you dont answer you wont get an refund for what you have paid!

Purchase 4GB KVM VPS today, only received IP and user login info. No KVM access provided, support also so fucking slow.
Before my VPS is ready, they said need to wait up to 24H. VPS is not instant activated after payment completed. Really suck.
