I'm writing this review because, ... Mere I got a new domain name for my website and needed to use that for the old website. Becuase of my previous experience with other website hosting companies, I went ahead to backup my website files and SQL thinking that is what they will tell me to do. No they didn't tell me to do anything. Once I submitted my request via their support ticket, they got back exactly 15 minutes later to tell me it's done! What? I was shocked! When I checked the entire website was working perfectly under the new domain name plus all emails have been moved to the new domain name with not a single email lost. For me, this is the best website hosting agency out there! They have excellent live chat as well and they are very responsive 24/7. I will recommend them any day. I paid for the entire year for "Fast Cloud Extra" plan with the 35G HD space. M... Mere y account did'nt reach the limit but since I had zipped file of 7 GB and it was unzipped by developers, and later on zip file was removed but they blocked my account. If you type my website address, it shows on screen, due to "billing for outstanding invoices" my account have been disabled. I have chat with technical support many times but my account after six months is still unavailable. If you want to trash your time, effort and money this is your company to host with. Time is money and money is time. My account is not availabale while I have paid for the the entire year. So I lost money and Time both, you do the math....
