p i mean it is very tough to find a reliable provider with cheap pricing and there servers are located on Germany so i never find any issues with speed and latency. One thing i must say for better support you might need to contact them on WhatsApp.

I purchased a domain (degmark.com) from hostcycle.in. As the domain was about to expire, I renewed it — but they increased the renewal price without a...

ny prior notification. When I requested the EPP code to transfer my domain, they provided an expired EPP code. It’s been less than 30 days since the domain expired, and according to domain regulations, the registrar is obligated to provide a valid EPP code within this period. However, they are refusing to do so. I have collected all screenshots and proof and will be raising a complaint in the consumer court regarding this issue.

Site5 has some suspect policies and I was charged after setting my account to not renew. Of course, they say I'm not eligible for a refund per ttheir...

policies. Besides heavily increasing prices, the reason I was moving was they did not want to update PHP version unless I paid even more money. Since they used the recurring payment type, it seems I'm just out the money they just took from me.
