I contacted Interservers' support explaining my homepage is created with Elementor, I have done a lot of work on it and now I...

cannot save my work because I'm getting a Server error (500 Error).

As usual, their support was acting like they don't believe me I have a problem and replied: "All the pages seems to work fine from our end". I explained again the website is working but I cannot save changes made with Elementor on my homepage. The support guy then showed me how he was able to make changes on a test page which was not made with Elementor... After 45 minutes of trying to convince him that I do have a problem he asked me: "Do you have unsaved changes?". I mean, this is the only reason why I contacted him... After one hour on the chat he told me he was able to save changes with Elementor on my homepage. When I asked him what changes did he make he showed me a screenshot of a test page not made with Elementor! After 1 hour and 15 minutes he finally acknowledged the existence of the problem and advised: "This issue needs to be checked further, I will create a support ticket for you" So I lost 1 hour and 15 minutes for nothing! And every time they act in the same way, like they don't believe you actually have a problem. If you value your time stay away from Interserver! |
HORRIBLE Support

I transferred my domain to them and they said that they would take care of all DNS records as well. Well, my email went down ...

because they DID NOT ADD ANY OF THE RECORDS. I contacted support but they didn't have someone who could update DNS on the weekends. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? My email was down an entire weekend because of these idiots. There was a mass outage several months back and they provided no details. They also sent a useless "status" email out to customers but they didn't BCC the customers and so I could see every single customer's email address. I swear this service is run by a bunch of amateurs. I'm having another issue currently and their web site won't even let me open a ticket because there's an error with their support software.
