me across Simplesonic.com. For me, the DirectAdmin Reseller Startup was the best choice and at a good price. If you look at the specs of Simplesonic servers, they are fine, and therefore fast. I had confidence in Simplesonic and bought a 3-year contract right away, and I haven't regretted it to this day. The Simplesonic helpdesk migrated all websites, including databases and email, to their servers. Communication via email is good and fast.

Appalling service
SiteGround restricted access to emails and our website with 14h notice, as the plan was insufficient. The upgrade was worth £40. This is highly unprof...
essional, as small businesses rely on using their email constantly and the website needs to be functional. Surely there are many ways of getting £40 out of your clients in a civilised manner, other that sending a random email and then stopping all services within 14h. We will definitely be changing providers and strongly advising our partners against using SiteGround.
