Site5 has some suspect policies and I was charged after setting my account to not renew. Of course, they say I'm not eligible for a refund per ttheir...

policies. Besides heavily increasing prices, the reason I was moving was they did not want to update PHP version unless I paid even more money. Since they used the recurring payment type, it seems I'm just out the money they just took from me.

If you want to save your money, do not buy any product from this company. Like most, they are thieves and fraudsters. They did not meet any deadlines....

The deadline for delivery of the service was initially 12 hours and finally 5 days. They don't return the money. Our company had to file a lawsuit against them. "Remember, this is only for Monthly VPS and does not apply to Dedicated Servers, Management Services, License Purchased, Administrative Fees, Setup Fees for any addons or Domain Name Purchases.
