Frequent downtime and Technical Support does not reply to requests
My website has been down for a day now (this is not the first time!) and Technical Support does not answer any tickets. This company does not have a p...
hone number to call so there are no live people. I can't even access the files through the Control Panel that HostASP provides. For all intents and purposes my website is GONE and I am paid for another 11 months!!! At this point I would give them a ZERO on reliability and especially support!

Not recommended
Site5 has some suspect policies and I was charged after setting my account to not renew. Of course, they say I'm not eligible for a refund per ttheir...
policies. Besides heavily increasing prices, the reason I was moving was they did not want to update PHP version unless I paid even more money. Since they used the recurring payment type, it seems I'm just out the money they just took from me.
